Central Park Day Camp 

2025 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location
Location and Directions
Conservatory Green Middle School/Willow Elementary, 8499 E. Stoll Pl, Denver, CO 80238*
*Campers will meet in the grassy area just behind the playground on the West side of the school.
Parents can park in the West school parking lot or along Verbena street and walk through the gate into the West playground area. 


Where to Meet Your Instructor
Follow Avid4 Adventure Flags to the main meeting area and meet your instructors at their group sign.

Camp Hours

Camp Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM*

Full Day Single Sport Camps:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 3:00PM* 
  1. Survival Skills (2nd-4th & 5th-7th)
Full Day Multi Sport Camps:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 3:00PM* 
  1. Central Park Explorer Camp: K-1st
  2. Central Park Adventure Camp: 2nd-7th
*July 4th Notes:
  1. Camps starting June 30th, Camp Runs Monday-Thursday. There is no camp on Friday, July 4th.
*We offer Early Drop-off and Aftercare for an additional cost. Check out the Extended Care information below.

Where are my campers going?
The week's locations will be available during the camp week and will be posted every day at your camper's group. Additionally, you can reference our 'Where is my camper?' binder at our front-of-camp table any day of the week. 

Why not tell me now?
We permit with many land managers throughout the region and while things are finalizing for the camp season, we make small adjustments throughout the summer to account for environmental changes, trail closures, or land manager cancellations. We want to give you information that is accurate for your camper and that's best presented at camp. If you have questions about recreation areas frequently used with this location, please call Customer Support at 720-249-2412.

Group Assignments
You can check your camper's group assignment on your Active Account 10 days prior to camp. 

Camp group assignments will also be emailed to families 10 days before the camp starts and 4 days before the start of camp. We will do our best to accommodate all mutual friend requests.
Please note: If you register within 14 days before the camp start date, we cannot guarantee friend requests.

Camp Forms
Required forms for all campers:
  1. Immunization Form (must be on an Official State of Colorado form, dated and signed by your doctor within the past two years.)
    1. We also accept official forms from the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington
Required Forms if your camper will bring an Inhaler or Epi-Pen to camp or will be taking any OTC or Prescription medication while at camp:
  1. Inhaler Form
  2. Epi-Pen Form
  3. Medication Form

Extended Care Information

Colorado Extended Care

Early Drop and Aftercare programs take place on site.
  1. Early Drop Off: 8:00 - 8:45 AM
  2. Aftercare Program: 3:15 - 5:30 PM (Campers may be picked up at any time during this program)
    1. If your camper is signed up for Aftercare, please pack an extra late afternoon snack for your child. Aftercare will begin with a short snack time around 3:30pm to help campers be well fed and happy through the end of the day.
