How can I reach camp?
If you have a question before camp, please Contact our Customer Support Team or give us a call at 720-249-2412.
During your week of camp, please reach out to the Camp Director:

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times
Sunday Check-In
10:00 AM - All Trips
Friday Check-Out
3:00 PM for the following trips:- Curt Gowdy Multi-sport, Mountain Biking, River Trip, Rock Climbing, Staff-in-Training
3:30 PM for the following trips:
- Steamboat Multi-sport, San Juan Multi-sport and Backpacking
Airport Shuttle Information
For campers who are flying into Denver International Airport for their Expedition Program, Avid4 Adventure will provide a shuttle service to and from the Airport with registration and payment for the airport shuttle in Active, prior communication, and acceptance from the Expedition Camp Leadership.
Gear Rental
Backpack Rental
- $40/session - limited quantities available for Backpacking trips only.
- You can purchase this add-on through your online account.
- A 50-70L backpacking pack rental will be provided to your camper at the start of their backpacking trip.
Mountain Bike Rental- $50/session - limited quantities available for Mountain Biking trips only
- You can purchase this add-on through your online account.
- A properly sized mountain bike will be provided to your camper at Expedition Camp check-in.
Packing Lists

- Active Parent Portal Account: Online Registration, Camp Payments, Add-ons, Friend Requests.
- CampDoc: Camper information and Camper Paperwork Portal - CampDoc invites should be received within 10 days of registering starting in February.
