I ordered Merchandise through my campers registration on Active. When will that be delivered?
If you ordered merchandise in your camper's registration, the item(s) will be given directly to your child on their first day of camp in 2025. Please Contact Us if you have any questions about your merchandise ordered in your camper's registration.
What is your refund policy on Used Gear?
If you show up to pick up your item and decide you no longer want it, email gear@avid4.com with your request to process a full refund. Once you take an item home, returns will not be accepted. Click here for FAQ's about our Annual Gear Sale
I just picked up a bike and something is not right with it. What can you do about it?
Discounted bike tune up's can be scheduled at our Avid4 Warehouse in Louisville CO, otherwise, there will be no maintenance or warranty provided on used equipment. Please email gear@avid4.com to schedule your discounted bike tune-up.
How long will Drop Off/Pick Up take?
