Erie Day Camp

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location

Drop of and Pick Up: Erie Community Center

Erie Shuttle: At 8 AM, campers will be shuttled from Erie to our Lafayette Day Camp, where activities begin and end. Campers will then be shuttled back to Erie at the end of the day for pick up at 3:30 PM! If your camper is registered for Aftercare, please see the Extended Care Information section below.

We’ll meet at the Southwest corner of the parking lot, south of the racquetball courts.
Look for the big, 15-passenger van with Avid logos!

Camp Hours

Camp Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM*

Full Day Single Sport Camps:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:30PM* 
  1. Mountain Biking (2nd-4th & 5th-7th)
Full Day Multi Sport Camps:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 3:30PM* 

  1. Erie Explorer Camp: K-1st

  2. Erie Adventure Camp: 2nd-7th

Group Assignments
You can check your camper's group assignment on your Active Account 10 days prior to camp. 

Camp group assignments will also be emailed to families 10 days before the camp starts and 4 days before the start of camp. We will do our best to accommodate all mutual friend requests.
Please note: If you register within 14 days before the camp start date, we cannot guarantee friend requests.

For Mountain Biking Camps Only: We require campers to bring their own bikes for camp. If your camper does not have a bike, we have some available to rent for $50 for the week. You can add this to your camper's registration through your Active Account. 

Camp Forms
Required forms for all campers:
  1. Immunization Form (must be on an Official State of Colorado form, dated and signed by your doctor within the past two years.)
    1. We also accept official forms from the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington
Required Forms if your camper will bring an Inhaler or Epi-Pen to camp or will be taking any OTC or Prescription medication while at camp:
  1. Inhaler Form
  2. Epi-Pen Form
  3. Medication Form

Extended Care Information

Erie Extended Care

  1. Early Drop Off: 8:00 AM - INCLUDED with Erie Shuttle! Please arrive ON TIME!
  2. Aftercare Program: 3:00 - 5:30 PM (Campers may be picked up at any time during this program)
    1. If your child is registered for Aftercare, the Aftercare program will take place at our Lafayette Day Camp location, and families can pick up their camper between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM at this location: First United Methodist Church of Lafayette, 1255 Centaur Village Dr, Lafayette, CO 80026
    2. Please pack an extra late afternoon snack for your child. Aftercare will begin with a short snack time around 3:30 PM to help campers be well fed and happy through the end of the day.
