How do I access important Camp Medical paperwork?

Forms can be accessed through your CampDoc account.

All forms are available through your CampDoc account. Your account invitation will be sent to the email used to register typically within about 10 days of registering.* All medical information should be uploaded directly to CampDoc. Allergies and medications should be entered into CampDoc as well, along with signing waivers, providing information on your child, and more.

We normally wait to send out CampDoc invitations in February after we have received updated waivers from all of the awesome companies we work with (think ziplining, whitewater rafting, etc.) to create your kiddo's incredible camp experience. If you register before late March 2024, you can expect to receive your CampDoc invite at that time.
