How old are your counselors?

All staff members must be at least 18 years old, but given the experience and certifications we attract to our ranks, many of our staff are college-aged staff and established professionals. We hire people who have extensive experience (both personally and professionally) in the outdoors, who are passionate about education and who demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping kids learn and grow as outdoor adventurers.  We are lucky to have the staff that we do and many of them have been with us over the years helping deliver our mission to hundreds of kids.
