Our staff members must all be at least 18 years old by law and we go beyond this requirement with the vast majority of our staff being 20+ years old.  We hire guides who have extensive experience (both personally and professionally) in the outdoors, who are passionate about education, and who demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping kids learn and grow in the outdoors.
