Should I Tip My Overnight Camp Instructor?

This is a question we get a lot. As a certified Benefit Corporation (B-Corp), Avid4 is committed to taking care of our employees and paying our staff fair wages. Our instructors do not rely on tips, and you should feel no obligation to do so. And, if you would like to, we know that your instructor/adventure guide would appreciate a gratuity at the end of the week. The job of an Overnight Camp Instructor is incredibly difficult and these instructors give everything to your kids and love every moment of it.

There is no "right" amount to tip; your instructor would appreciate any amount.
