Where is Camp?
Drop-off and Pick-up:
Chabot Space and Science Center - ANNEX PARKING LOT, 10000 Skyline Blvd, Oakland, CA, 94619*
*Please note: Drop off and pick up in 2025 will take place in the ANNEX PARKING LOT, which is separate from the Space & Science Center building. Please AVOID the main building as Chabot Space and Science Center hosts events on Sundays in the summer which may cause heavy traffic. Drop-off in the ANNEX Parking lot will allow our programs to completely avoid this traffic.
*The destination locations for each expedition camp vary and can be seen on each camp’s page.

Airport Shuttle Information
For campers who are flying into Oakland International Airport for their Expedition Program, Avid4 Adventure will provide a shuttle service to and from the Airport with registration and payment for the airport shuttle in Active, prior communication, and acceptance from the Expedition Camp Leadership.

Backpack Rental
- $40/session - limited quantities available for Backpacking trips only.
- You can purchase this add-on through your online account.
- A 50-70L backpacking pack rental will be provided to your camper at the start of their backpacking trip.

Online Accounts
- Active Parent Portal Account: Online Registration, Camp Payments, Add-ons, Friend Requests.
- CampDoc: Camper information and Camper Paperwork Portal - CampDoc invites should be received within 10 days of registering starting in February.
